Survey - Who you gunna call?
NSW Health, in conjunction with Lifeline Australia, is looking at how telephone support is currently provided for mental health service consumers, their carers and families. In particular, the project is investigating how Lifeline can liaise with other mental health support lines in NSW and Area Health Services in order to provide the best, ongoing support to those in need.
We are interested to know about your experiences and to hear your suggestions.
You can help by undertaking this brief survey. It should only take a few minutes, your answers are anonymous and the information you provide will be used in informing, guiding and improving how mental health telephone support is provided in NSW.
